Apartment Review for Vista Sureno Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

I have lived in Vista Sureno Apartments since May of 09 and it has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had in my life. First of all the office staff is EXTREMELY rude and have no interpersonal skills. They are all confrontational and you can tell by their voice tone that they do not care about their tenants. Second of all they are constantly inconveniencing their tenants by having to enter your apartment at least once a month to fix random maintenance issues. I am not lying when I say every single month there was either a reason for the maintenance to have to enter your apartment, or there was a maintenance issue that I had to report, which they usually would not respond to for a couple of days. When I moved in in May of last year, the apartment had issues with the hot water, where it would take sometimes 30 minutes for the water to get hot. This issue was not rectified until probably around March of this year, almost a full year after I moved in. Also one time I had an issue with the light in my kitchen, I just simply needed a lamp, but they told me they couldn't enter my apartment this time because they didn't have a key, and that I needed to go to the office to have a key copied. What kind of apartment complex loses the key to your apartment? The final straw was when they had my car towed because I parked in the wrong temporary spot while they tried to fix a water leak by digging a whole in the parking lot. This was the 3rd or 4th time they were trying to fix this apparent leak, 2nd time in a matter of two weeks. When I ask them why my car was towed and if they pretty much said tough luck and that I had to handle it on my own. I would never recommend living in this apartment complex to anyone.
