Apartment Review for Villa Riviera Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

Doors are hollow. No lock on kitchen window. Screens didn't fit window. they leaned the screens on the windows. Leaks abounding. The manager on the premises stated "I am a very busy man". Never took care of anything. Made excuses as to why he couldn't take care of stuff. I never knew anyone could have so many relatives (everyone was dying every time I needed a repair done. Much more wrong with the place. I don't think it would pass building inspecction at all. This place should be condemned
