Apartment Review for Valle Cita Gardens - Phoenix, AZ

Even though they exist, mgmt.does not enforce them.Just to name a few.Walk gates are to be locked,only one of them, the other two,NEVER!Maybe thats why vehicles are broken into.No bicycles on sidewalks,it happens all the time.Patios are not to be used for storage,or hanging clothes, but it is ok that residents cats are free to roam on our porches to urinate and deficate ,on furniture,throw rugs,etc. Then leave you with the clean up!? Disturbing noises,kids screaming like there being abducted.People grilling in the common area,drinking beer untill wee hours,& using curse words loud enough for the entire valley to here. Another Rule, continually broken!,or"NEVER ENFORCED"!Mislead we were.DO your homework,there are alot of apartments with many more amenities for the same money.We cant wait till our lease is up.
