Apartment Review for Timbertree Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

The fees for using pool, fitness etc are ridicules. No Washer & Dryer in the unit. To use laundry you need to buy a card, it's insane. Washer & Dryer cost $2 but you need to pay $10 for the card then deposit $5. Why not $2? Okay, why not $4 so you can use 2 times? Why community wants to keep $1 each time? Here is no one single light in the room, no fan... no microwave in the kitchen. Late fee is $10 per day and no credit card automatic payment or anything like that to pay when i'm traveling. I will check what communities are belong to Aimco to make sure i never rent from them.
