Apartment Review for Thunderbird Ranch Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

This was the worst place I have ever been. It's severely infested with roaches. They lied and told me they had DSL.. they don't in my building and refused to move me without a huge cost and a rent increase and to the second floor within 3 months (I had a 6 month lease).
