Apartment Review for The Palisades At Paradise Valley Mall - Phoenix, AZ

The Sale staff is nice, The Management staff is rude and got attitude. Unit Washer & Dryer fee will be add to monthly rent NO EXCEPTION ! even if you got your own and doesn't want the apt. set . Rent payment have to be due by the 1st of each month or $50 late fee. The assign parking space are so tiny (my vehicle got alots of dings and paint chip damage from the next park vehicle) and the managent CAN NOT re-asign my parking space!!! make sure to ask and see your assign parking space prior sign the lease. I constantly got complain notes from the office and from the knocking back on my floor or the ceiling from the guy below about the noise. This guy is so extra sensitive so he's crying, whining, bitching about every little noise from us being walking and open/closed the closet doors, ect.... at night ! Due to the age of the apt. structure and the bad insulation nothing we can do about the sound of the walking noise. (we never got any visitors or party and no loud music at all. Also, if your vehicle have a minor body damaged or the paint is fade and peel, they will tow your vehicle away for Aesthetic appearance clause in the contract. Overall, I got more petty issues with the rude management and the sensitive neighbor while living here in 8 months than over 2 years at the Luxury Mark Taylor San Pedregal apt complex in N pHX. ( none complain from the office or neighbor tennant)
