Apartment Review for Terracina - Phoenix, AZ

mangement is not willing to work on issues. Maitance has a 3 week wait. Payroll applied our rent and water bills to other apartments 3 times. Payroll also lost a rent payment that they had already cashed. Apartment security is not around. Gated community is not gated. Pool is dirty and spa is cloudy, year around. Noisy neighbors. rude service in main office. My experiance at Terracine has been horrible. We were tricked into thinking that security was there and that the gates worked. We were told that they had a low criminal rate and that police monitor the area. Police are always there but only because there are so many problems every day and night.
