Not too shabby
Review Date: 5/15/2007 Reviewer: Anonymous
My wife and I have lived at Tamarron for 7 months. I agree with the other review that the walls are somewhat thin and I can hear my next door neighbor singing along with American Idol. Office staff are hit and miss, sometimes they're great, very friendly, other times I feel as if I'm inconveniencing them when I go to ask a question. Maitainence is overall pretty good, never had a problem with a work order not getting completed within 2 days. Parking can be annoying, especially on the weekends. You have 1 assigned space, then it's a free for all with all the other ones. Pool is good, although it was getting rediculous when it was closed for over 3 weeks for repairs. I understand that upkeep is needed, but 3 weeks? When I'm paying almost $800 for a 1 bedroom, I expect something a little better. Electric bills aren't outrageous, as long as we keep the blinds closed during the day, the a/c stays at a comfortable 76. Overall, a great first apartment for my wife and I, though we will be moving when our lease is up, as 3 people in our building alone have moved since rent was raised over $150 when they went to renew their leases. We'll be going farther North into Glendale for a 2 bedroom. |
