Apartment Review for Sun Gate Apartment - Phoenix, AZ

I used to really like this apartment for the value of the place. Then things started to go south. Extreme low income came in and brought with it a lot of drugs and very late night parties and noise. I could smell meth cooking several times during my stay there. I complained to the management and the courtesy patrol numerous times and nothing was done about it. Also my door on the apartment was almost to fall off the hinges and no one would fix it. The noise finally drove me to move to another complex. You have to pay for covered parking and there is never an open parking place in non-covered after dark. I had to have several vehicles towed from my covered parking spot.
