Apartment Review for Red Hawk - Phoenix, AZ

This place is what I like to call a money pit. Expensive and very unsatisfying. Since I have been here, I have had my car stolen (it has happened to several neighbors), there is broken glass at the pool, noisy neighbors that you can hear through the walls and construction north of the complex that starts at 4:30 am. Mail was stolen. Oh did I mention the roaches, silver fish, black widows, and water bugs? Look, here is what this place is all about. It is very deceiving. It looks like a upper scale community until you move in and really get to see what is going on. Management is doing its best to fill this place up since it is new they have an agenda. The agenda is occupancy. They dont care who lives here because they dont. They get to leave this hell hole at 6pm leaving the residents stranded. Dont plan on spending time relaxing at the pool unless you want to see kids throwing soda cans and bottles in the pool and adults drinking booze in glass bottles and dropping them only to shatter. Dont waste your time, they try to get you in by offering 2 months free, so does just about every other complex in Phoenix. Look around before you make a decision to live here. If you do it will be the worst place you have ever lived.
