Apartment Review for Red Hawk - Phoenix, AZ

My car got broke into the third night that I lived there and it was parked in my assigned parking spot. Then once I got my car fixed I had both of my cars keyed the same night.

The weekend before we moved in the building next to us experienced a women being robbed at gun point!!!

The water pipe broke for the people who lived above us and started to leak all over our bathroom. It took 4 months for them to complete the job, patch the wall, and paint (that includes us calling every few days to ask where they were at).

When you put in a service order they give you a day that they are coming, but they never show up on that day. Instead they show up at odd hours and random days without ANY notice.

The floor above you always sounds like they are bowling in the house 24/7 since they did not build them that well.

I will NEVER recommend this place. I wanted to move out after 1 week of dealing with the RUDE management!
