Apartment Review for Quail Pointe - Phoenix, AZ

I am not sure how long the person above lived at Quail Point but, we have had new owners come in and really turn the place around. They went through and kicked out all the people that were causing the trouble and have been renting to really nice, respectfull people now. They put in a soccer field and redid the clubhouse so that we could actually use it. They have real community events that are free food and games for us. I am glad I stuck it out and gave the new owners a chance. Thank you!
