Beware: Since 1995 (at least), the staff at this hellhole has been using the unfair, one-sided, and draconian AZ tenant laws to evict tenants for no reason. My wife and I experienced this firsthand in 1995. Although there has been staff turnover, clearly nothing has changed regarding how this snakepit does business. Trust me, if you move here, you will regret it! Among other things, the maintenance is non-existent, bugs are rampant, and the place is unsafe. If you ever complain about anything, they will throw you out with little or no notice. Forget about getting your deposit back.
