Apartment Review for Pointe At South Mountain Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

I have lived here over a year. My truck was stolen right out of my parking place last October! Never got it back either, and is was very nice. Only bad thing about this place is the bridge to Guadalupe - need to blow that up to keep them OUT of here!!!!

Also, some lady moved in across from me and she has a big mouth and broadcasts her foul mouth for all to hear. Reported her for noise. But, compared to the prior place, this is paradise! Location is great, in a nice area by the mountain.

Would recommend to single people who are not home that often. Maintenance is very responsive, and the office staff very nice and helpful.

A lot of residents have big dogs for some weird reason! Maintenance keeps the grounds very clean. Pricey, but worth it.
