Apartment Review for Partenza On Highland - Phoenix, AZ

If you are looking for a Phoenix apartment please beware of Partenza on Highland. The property manager is not friendly and if you have any concerns she WILL NOT HELP YOU!! The apartments look nice on the outside BUT on the inside they have TERMITES!! When I brought this to her attention she called a pest company but there were still TERMITES in my unit ...after I let her knw that there were still TERMITES she then said that she would have the maintence check and the only thing they do is when im gone they just go in and wipe it away but tehy still come baclk. Basically its waaaay oerpriced for ehat you are getting please do not rent from this company PARTENZA PROPERTIES
