The place is loaded with illegal aliens! Cars are robbed. The owners have been trying for years to sell the property, or find re-financing. They are hugely in debit to locally, and can find no firm to to do business with them. Hence no repairs. It is particularly difficult for the elderly here....the front office is indifferent, and these residents are worried about their personal safety.
