I lived here for 2 years and the upgrades are really nice. We finally had a nice place to go with the mountain preserve view. They painted and cleaned it up a lot. I moved to a remodeled apartment and it felt like moving to a new apartment. The people at the office are friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about other than the rent is much higher than it used to be.  Need to rent an apartment?
