Apartment Review for Oakridge Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

A complete nightmare I cant wait until my lease is up. Noisy neighbors, slamming doors and fighting all times of the day and night. Kids outside yelling all the time. My Mom came to visit and kids ran into her with their bikes riding all over the grass. I told the office about the noise problems and they told me "thats apartment living". Do yourself a big favor and avoid this dump. My next door neighbor is a convicted felon, I know this because his Parole Officer accidentally came looking fo him at my apartment, yet the office swears they do background checks. They rent to anyone, all they care about is keeping units full, even if it means renting to criminals. Really bad management!
