Apartment Review for Oakridge Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

Oakridge is well kept as far as the grounds keeping and building maintanence. I haven't had any problems in these areas. If you own a car, it better be a Geo Metro. The parking situation is terrible. I have a big car and so does the my neighbor. Both of us have to park our cars between the two support poles for the car port. My neighbor has never been friendly and the best part is that he maintains the property. My first problem with him is that he couldn't park a car if he had to save his own life. He always parked on the line, crooked, or had a wheel pointing out so it was impossible to get into your spot. I have also watched him slam his door into the side of my car and he thinks nothing of it. I have dings and green paint on my right door because of him. I have talked to management about this.
