Apartment Review for Mountainside Luxury Rentals - Phoenix, AZ

Apt not clean on move-in. Dirty carpet,bathroom. Previous leak in apartment, now there is mold. Will not let us switch apartment, not even after offering lease extension. Charge for covered parking. Dog crap everywhere. Landscapers kill trees. Maintenance doesn't fix things promptly. Manager is RUDE. MOLD! RAT droppings on patio, rat traps all over property. Parking is awful, not enough spaces cuz they make some paid for. Bad on utilities. Old windows leak water, heat and cold. MOLD
