Apartment Review for Montierra Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

The Monterra apartment managment is about as incompitent as they come. They employ criminals who will rob you blind! The maintenance men have keys to every apartment and live in the apartments themselves! I had a $1300 dollar stolen from me and 2 diamond rings valued at over $1500 dollars each! The staff wouldn't do anything about it and wouldn't replace the items! How would you like some creepy maintanence man going in your apartment when your gone to work and stealing your valuables. Who know whats next, maybe after that he is setting up cameras in your apartment so he can wacth you or going through your open mail and trying to steal your identitiy and mess up your credit! If you value your identity, privacy and personal valuables don't live here!!!!!! other than that.it's a pretty nice place.
