Apartment Review for Monte Vista Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

This place looks good on the outside but the inside. Don't look for quiet if you live in the courtyard, it may seem quiet but there are two toxic tenants that have kids and think they rule the place. They let their kids yell and scream and all hours. Can't blame the kids, they are only following their parents/"adults" example. Even the parents have screaming fits, or they yell from one end of the complex to the next. They slam doors, they let their dogs run lose. This used to be a NICE place but not any more. It's sad how just two sets of toxic tenants can ruin a place. I feel sorry for the tenants that live next to them. I live across the courtyard from them and I still hear them. The office staff does nothing. I've had maintenance requests in for two months and nothing has been done. Have to say the office staff talks a good game but do nothing but sit in the office.
