Apartment Review for Metro Gardens - Phoenix, AZ

Lets see, where do I start... Within the first few month of living in this wonderful place (I've lived here for years), there was a shooting right outside my door. There was a child molesting maintenance man, which I witnessed being arrested. I walked outside my door to watch one of my neighbors smoking crack right out in the open, during the middle of the day, and to top it all of within feet of little children. That's not the only drug activity. I've found countless drug paraphernalia on the ground. Known drug dealers run around, not just dealing, but stealing all kinds of things, from stuff on patios to cars. When the office is informed of these people being on the grounds, we're told they can't do anything about it because they've been invited by tenants. Needless to say the police are here daily, not to mention the ambulances for overdoses. Kids play in the dumpster, while there parents seem to shop there. When you do talk to the office, and make a complaint, they like to gossip so everyone will know your business. For example, I complained of obvious drug activity going on in a particular apartment. In a matter of hours I heard a different neighbor warning them the situation. I myself have been told some very personal information about other tenants, info that should be private.
