Apartment Review for Melrose Place Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

It used to be a quiet, semi-safe place to live. The surrounding neighborhood as well as the apts themselves gets worse as far as crime & noise each year. These last few years it seems we've had a couple Mgmt companies. Each one worse than the previous. Our lawn, pool, laundry, maintenance and trash services are erratic. When we do contact the office about repairs or issues they never can seem to get to anything until 3-5 days thereafter. Last year, the pool was closed for quite a few months. And this year, they put a padlock on it... so who knows when it will open? These apts are in desperate need of BETTER mgmt.
