Apartment Review for Los Compadres Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

The Apartment was not clean apon moving in, there were stains on carpet, the back bathroom was not cleaned and stained of soaps, the kitchen counters were brown and when cleaned turned somewhat white, there were cigerettes burns on both the bathroom and kitchen counters apon moving in, there also was no Hot water the whole three months while living in this complenx, the pool never has been fixed for three months, keep on getting excuses and promise the whole summer it would be fixed moved in june and its SEPTEMBER and is still not open. you have people dumpster diving when trowing away your old household items.the children that live here are wild, and is loud and noisy when you need you rest at night,you have the police here just about all the time.
