Apartment Review for La Mirada At Squaw Peak - Phoenix, AZ

Managent will rent to ANYBODY!!! This complex is full of illegal aliens that rob, steal and pillage the apartments and vehicles. It appears that the security guys have their hands full and that the police department could care less. When I witnessed a woman being beat in the parking lot, Phoenix Police didn't even come til an hour and fourty minutes after I called them. I truely believe that everyone in these apartments smokes marijuana, speed or crack, which includes the staff members. The place looks great during the day time and then at night all the drug dealers and hookers start working. The kids are out of hand on this property. They are completely unsupervised, rude, disrespectful and I have observed them damaging the property and tagging the walls on a regular basis. I told management about it and they didn't do anything. The walls are paper thin in the apartments and all of my neighbors were always playing loud music when I was trying to sleep at night. They allow the dogs and pets to shit all over the grass areas and don't clean up after them. The clean-up guys for the complex never actually cleaned!!! There was trash everywhere, all of the time! I found a used condom outside of my front door. I had to remove it myself for fear my children would pick it up. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life!!! I can't imagine that hell is any worse than La Mirada Apartments. Management might actually be the anti-Christ from hell!!!!
