Apartment Review for Indigo/Barossa At The Park - Phoenix, AZ

this is a reasonably new complex, however it is not a good place to live, the manager seems really caring and helpful but she doesn't really care about what goes on here, cause she doesn't live here. they have hired security but that doesn't stop people from sneaking through the gates and having a loud party and breaking beer bottles around the pool. also when i moved in there was a dirty diaper on the carport right in front of my door, and it took them 2 months to remove it. parking is a joke, cause they assign 1 spot per person and there are VERY few open spots for people to park. i can hear my neighbors talking in the parking lot and i'm on the 3rd floor and the back of the building, can't get much farther than that to get away from the noise. i am also the first person to live in this apartment, and it is already falling apart after just a few months of living here, i have never seen such cheap workmanship, they really must have found the lowest bidder for the builder of this place. also if you would like to take advantage of all the great shopping close by, you better speak spanish, most of the stores have to dig out the english signage if they have any. it looks like a great place till you move in, then you are trapped in a lease like i am. and it is cause there was no reviews of this place till now.
