Apartment Review for Hunters Ridge - Phoenix, AZ

Okay when I first moved in things seemed to be fine. The staff was not too helpfull and kind of acted snotty every time I went in there. After a while we started to notice the crap going on in this place. The drugs, the gun shots right outside my door (littarly), the gang members. People that live there will rob you ask the lady who had her flat screen TV stolen by the guy that lived across the way. The guys upstairs from us got their door kicked in and robbed. Their work out facility is terrible the tredmill didn't work, they told me once that it did but it was tricky to get started, I asked what the trick was but they didn't know. Another machine down there doesn't work. The weight machine works but it's all tore up, and the eliptical works, who knows about now. They advertise an internet cafe but people will somehow lock the computers and they don't even know how to get into them nor do they care to get it fixed so they can be used. You might as well go to the library to use the computer if you don't have one because you have to wait in line here to. There is a 15 minue limit when others are waiting but people are rude and will sit on there playing on Myspace for an hour and just give you dirty looks. The only thing that was done that I was happy with is when I needed a new stove and dishwasher, thank you maintenance because they actually did something.
