Apartment Review for Greenspoint - Aimco - Phoenix, AZ

This complex has gone down really quickly. The office staff is NOT 100% truthful. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing, from bathroom trips to what TV show they are watching. The A/C is extremely loud. You are charged a gas fee @$11/month. They will charge $5 for parking per vehicle and $5 for gym and office computer use. The hot water comes from a central boiler, so you will have a funky smelling water the first minute of use. Nickel and Dime charges here and there. If you want stuff taken off your car or it keyed... just park it anywhere in this complex and it will happen. If you are thinking about signing a lease here, stop by and ask a resident. Most are friendly and will let you know exactly what they think of this place. 90% are unhappy with the living arrangements. Just buy a house/condo/town home, anything but sign here.
