Apartment Review for Fountain Villa Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

I live in Fountain Villa Apartments, since April, 2009; A property owned by Clancy Real Estate. Since I moved I had issues with roaches on and off but in the last four months a new issue came about, bed bugs. I have been bitten on regular bases. I have called the office at my property and the corporate office to find a solution but no hope. The office sends the bug guy to spray but the problem still exists. I woke up in the middle of the night bitten in many places and I start searching for the bugs in the middle of the night, I killed 15 and captured 7 bed bugs so far. I told the staff and the mangers about this, they say they will tell the owner, nether the owner or the staff returns my calls. The bug guy they send uses the same spray for roaches and bed bugs and it nether kill any. The bug guy sometimes don't even show up.
