Apartment Review for Deer Valley Village Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

This apartment is nothing but a joke......The list of things that was wrong with this apartment community is too long to list. Lets just say this, I assisted the Phoenix Police Department in finding a suspect who was hiding in the courtyard outside my apartment. The billing situation is a joke, they loose your rent check and they blame you for not paying rent. The security gates are always broken that I never had my key card or even knew my password, because the gates were always broke, therefor open. The parking is a joke, people park anywhere, cars are abanden and left in your spot for days. The fitness center is a joke, the machines are all missing the weight pins, and the tvs were stolen or broke all the time. The pools are beautiful, except for the fact that their are children running everywhere and their parents are no where to be found. So if you enjoy lifeguarding or watching potential drownings then the pool is great. Dont let the staff fool you, this apartment is a joke!!!
