Apartment Review for Deer Valley Village Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

To make this short... I will not be re-signing a lease at these apartments. A company called Alliance took over the former Archstone community and the employees are lazy, rude, and inconsiderate. Not to mention, not at all knowledgeable. Anyone I've talked to that has lived here in the past was ripped off when they moved out. I asked for a copy of the lease after I had signed it (which I have yet to recieve) and they looked at me like I was crazy. They make up excuses when I ask for a damn rent receipt. I am disgusted. In my opinion they're a bunch of swindlers.
