Apartment Review for Deer Valley Village Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

Their lack of knowledge is absolutely horrible as well as all their customer service skills! They talk to all individuals as if they were nothing. They allow maintenance issues to go unattended for weeks causing serious health issues to others. To top it off the security lacks as well. Numerous amounts of complaints regarding theft, break ins and drug activity going on. It was a better community before the new company took over. Archstone made that community look beautiful then this company came in with no knowleadge and completely destroyed that property. If you wanted to be disrespected, stolen from and possiblly have health issues go to Deer Valley Village!!!!
