Apartment Review for Daybreak Place Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

I lived at Daybreak Place for over three years and just recently moved to be closer to work. For the most part, I was very happy there. I went into it with realistic expectations realizing that it is an apartment complex and not a palatial dweling on a secluded lot. The rent and utilities were very affordable. My maintenance issues were always addressed in a timely manner, and the property was always clean with nice landscaping. I lived on the second floor, so I didn't have to worry about noise issues like some people might. I believe that the location of your apartment within the community makes a huge difference, & I enjoyed living on the outskirts. I would highly recommend my particular apartment to anyone.
