Unfortunately, due to rumors and speculation we felt as a responsible management company is was our duty to ensure residents that no violent crime has occurred on the property. As a part of the Phoenix Crime Free Multi-housing we are encouraged by the police department to keep residents informed about any major incidents that may occur at the community. We care for all of our residents and our hearts go out to friends and family of the lost resident. We thank all of those that took part in the community collection for the family.
