Apartment Review for The Cliffs At North Mountain - Phoenix, AZ

The Cliffs was recently converted to condominiums, since March 2006 this complex has greatly improved in quality of tenants (who are mostly owners) and management staff. The Cliffs is located between Phoenix North Mountain Preserve and the Pointe Tapito Golf Club. I particularly enjoy the lower pool and spa with new-age shade structures and bar tabels and chairs. All the common facilities ie: mailboxes, clubhouse, and workout building have been remodeled with new tile, paint and fixtures. All the individual units have been remodeled with new paint, carpet, tile, fixtures, doors, appliances. You cannot go wrong here. The location is ideal 2 miles from the SR-51 and 4 from the I-17, 7th Street shoots right downtown. I love this place.
