Apartment Review for Brookstone At The Foothills - Phoenix, AZ

This place is just absolutely ridiculous. My wife moved from the ghetto in north Phoenix to what we assumed was a nice place at Brookstone. We had the exact same problems. Unruly children at playgrounds, filthy parking lot, and just an abnormal amount of roaches and worst of all BED BUGS! Maintenance is just awful. They take forever to fix anything. The pest control problem is just insane. Even the pest control people have complained about Brookstone not allowing them to deal with pests properly. The front pool is BEAUTIFUL, but the back one is disgusting. My children even found dead animals in it. The security is ridiculous and does absolutely nothing and is only there for a few hours one night a week. The front gates don't work properly. And the charges for every tiny thing are just stupid. We thought we were leaving the ghetto. Our apartment in the ghetto was better.
