Apartment Review for Broadstone Ahwatukee Fairways - Phoenix, AZ

my aptment has flooded from above, the managemnt didn't clean, in fact when i asked them to do something about the water which was an inch deep covering the bathroom, hallway, closet and heading towards my living room furniture, they told me that they weren't worried "thats why i had renter's insurance"!!!!! I had mold growing all over my possesions in my closet and they still wouldn't do anything. the plumbing has backed up, it took an entire month to fix the a/c which leaked enough water to fill a pan a day (the tendant before me had the entire roof collapse in the bathroom)which means even more mold (the place smelled horrible)unfortunatly the property made sure the lease states that MOLD is not their problem and don't care if it makes you sick. (infact they have lots of hidden things in the lease) also the floors are so thin I can hear the upstair neighbor snore (and walk and talk, no privacy ) Plus they promise things like a heated pool (never has been heated) and three spas (only one is heated and the others are locked so you can't get in). Just today a woman was in office because her car had been towed due to the office's err of double booking her assigned spot and they seemed to find it less than urgent to give her back her vehicle ("i'll call the towing place later today") Overall, the managment here dosen't care at all and claim to never know anything about the property they maintain, and charge far more for water and sewer than nearby properties. The amount of problems I've encoutered here in such a short period of time is just incredible and hope this helps you rethink moving here. (plus it's over priced)
