Apartment Review for Az Select Suites - Biltmore Center - Phoenix, AZ

We didnt have A/C for the first three weeks of July... JULY!!!!! It was well over 85 degrees in our apt. & everyone else's. We also have to call the maintenace many every morning to have him reset the boiler so we can take a hot shower! Absolutely ridiculous! We totally hate this place and would NEVER tell anyone to move in. The owner has the maintenance men working on his boats all day instead of taking care of issues that tenants complain about! It may look nice on the instead but everything has been throw together by people who obviously do not do remodels on a regular basis! The model will look nice but yours will be crap!
