Apartment Review for Aviana At The Biltmore - Phoenix, AZ

We'll start with the only good thing about the apartment. The actual apartment! That's it. It goes down hill from there and unfortunately that's not enough. Parking? What parking? Seriously, every night one of us (roommate or I)would get home and have to ask the neighbor to move their car so we could pull in the driveway. They and everyone else in the complex parked in the firelane. The entire winding street through the colony like apartments is a fire lane. This is a single lane road barely abel to receive a not so big moving truck. There were even times I had to park outside of the gate. If you did not have the conventional 9-5 work schedule you'd be out of luck. First come first serve. Next the one and only dumpster is constantly overflowing. This forms a serious health and safety issue. All complaints fell on the deaf ears of the management. Way to many to complaints to address.........
