I am also considering a lawsuit against the management of this building. My daughter signed a "sure security" deposit , as did I. I paid the money and now that she is ready to move out, they say they "don't have it in her file". How convenient that they also refused to give her a copy when she signed the deposit. I know this would be against the law in California and cannot believe it is OK in Arizona.  Need to rent an apartment?
