Sure, it's cheap, but you get so much more than you wanted. Enjoy the flaking lead paint, rickety stair-well rails, and our swarms of filthy pigeons! Our units come equipped with the finest in black mold and the thousands of scurrying roaches will repulse and horrify you. We also feature nightly entertainment from your local police department, as they try to clean up after violent felons and the warehoused insane. There's also fun for the kids, as random bums and pedophiles freely wander the property! You'll never have to worry about walkers or wheelchairs here, since there is no actual handicapped access to any units but the most expensive. Enjoy your stay, you may never leave again! Humor aside, everything mentioned here is 100% correct, at least while I lived there. There are many things I chose not to mention for both brevity and staying as anonymous as possible. Do yourself a favor...pay more, and live safely somewhere else!
