Apartment Review for Arbor Creek Apartments - Phoenix, AZ

The a/c never works right and fixing it means the maintenance guy who speaks no english by the way comes up drops the filters and hooks up a hose that he flushes into your bathroom sink but this does nothing to fix the ac. You can let the water run until the desert is dry and you still wont get hot water. They have people on a weekly exterminator list for a reason...BUGS There is mold in the air vents and all they do is paint over it. Utilities are included but they restrict them to warm water and 80+ temp. They spray paint the countertops, the sinks, the tubs. The complex is falling apart there are massive pot holes all over the place so if you dont have a 4x4 dont chance it. The neighbors are the only good thing about this place, there are great people living here and we all bond over the hatred we have for arbor creek.
