Having moved to Phoenix from Los Angeles, I was thrilled to find a community with everything that we could have needed. However, it is new construction, all of the bus are still not worked out. And it is wearing on our patience. So, be wary when looking. Ask all the right questions. The office is always less than organized.  Need to rent an apartment?
