Apartment Review
This is one of coolest little places that I have e

This is one of coolest little places that I have ever lived at and I plan to live here for a good long time. It’s the most interesting group of neighbors that I have seen. People from all walks of life but all with kinda an urban bohemian vibe to the. Very unusual for white bread Phoenix. I think that it’s because of the owner as he keeps a firm grip on quality and up-keep (the grounds are like an oasis) and because of his contractor experience uses only the best people to do work around there. They even put in $200 kitchen faucets. I have never seen such expensive upgrades in an inner-city $500 a month apartment. I wonder how this guys makes any money and keeps the rents so low. But the owner has a real low-key Jerry Garcia look and vibe about him. Very tenant focused-very unusual for an owner. He evens gives out is home phone number to everyone to call about any little thing. Sometimes I talk to him several times a month. He even throws in free expanded cable. I checked with Cox and they charge $51.24 for that service which I get for free. The place is hard to find which I like because it gives me extra privacy and seclusion from the street noise and night life. The new Light Rail system opened last December with a stop only a ½ block away and now I take it to work and ditched the van. I really like this place and hope that too many people don’t find out about it because they only have about 50 apartments to rent. My only complaint is that I wish that the pool was heated in the winter but they tell me that would cost about $3000 a month. There are a lot more reviews about this place at Apartment Ratings .com Read the comments carefully….
