This complex is also known as Royal Palm Village Condominiums due to an attempted condo conversion. While most conversions around the city kicked out all of the tenants, the very wise owner of this complex did not. (only kicked out those that were sold right away). While the office hours are not long and a bit difficult for a person that works downtown, the office and sales staff work together to help the renters whenever possible. I attribute that to the owner as he obviously wants to take good care of his tenants even though his original intention was to make a profit via a condo conversion. The newer, renovated units look beautiful and are worth whatever the rent may be on them. I am, however, in an original unit with no updates and am fine with that because my rent is comparable with that. I have a wonderful neighbor above me who owns her unit but is very considerate regarding noise. Maintenance is very fast and efficient. They tend to leave a bit of a mess when doing repairs but they don't damage anything at all and they do a wonderful job. Of the places that I've lived since moving to Phoenix, this is by far my favorite. Kudos to the owner and the staff he hired!
