Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  10/4/03      Rate This Apartment     I pay $682 for a 2 bed 2bath. My apartment is hardly modern at all. A new stove was put in and that is about it. They charge monthly fees for covered parking and they cut all their big shade trees down(maybe because it was free shade in the parking areas) Since I have lived in these apartments I have had one car stolen and another broken into but yet management claims that we were the first car theft victims ever. Also they tell you at lease signing all the rules you must follow to be able to live there. For example loud music can not be played past 10:00pm but they did not do anything to stop my neighbor from playing the loudest music I have ever heard at 1:30am.
