Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  3/15/04      Rate This Apartment     If you don't want to be ripped off by what looks like an innocent old man then stay away from this complex. Owner likes to make this deal with new tenats: You make the repairs and submit them to him and he'll make it right by discounting the rent said amount.He never does though and you end up making all the repairs and end up getting evicted for non payment of rent.
