Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/24/05      Rate This Apartment     My experience at Aviana has been both exceptional in terms of the maintenance servicing to incredibly poor when it comes to the rental office.Tina is not very professional in her approach.There appears to be a lack of coordination and communication among her staff.The over flowing garbage is a continual issue.The 'security gates' have not worked for over 3 months.My garage door kept malfunctioning, they kept 'fixing' it during this time my car was vandalized in my garage and Aviana would not do anything about it.Parking is a mess with too few spaces for the number of renters.
