Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  10/3/04      Rate This Apartment     The management of Arcadia Cove has no consistency in setting the lease rates for the apartments.They talk about Fair Housing policy but do not implement it.Depending on who you talk to (Manager, Deputy Manager, Liason Agents) you will get different quotes for the same apartment unit.The rental quotes for similar apartment units avry by more than $100.If the management likes you they will give you a better rate and a shorter leasing period.I have known people that were denied any lease periods short of 8 months and also known people that signed 4 month leases!
